We meet the first Wednesday of each month at one of our member's home for dinner at 7.00 P.M. [we are out by 9.00 P.M.] Cost is only $12.00 p/p for dinner
We have one B.B.Q. every year in May. In December we have our Holiday party, both are free of charge for members.
We have one or two drive-out of town every year
We sponsored in 2004 the Classic Thunderbird International Convention in Miami, we had more than 120 Thunderbirds from all over the country. It has been one of the best international conventions ever.
We have our Coral Gables Concours d'elegance car show every year with over 100 cars on the Third Sunday of January, next one [our 9th] will be in January 27st 2008.
We had the largest car show ever in Dade County, in 2009 at Tropical Park
Coming next July 4th we will have the Homestead 4 of july classic car show
We have our "FLORIDA 300 MILE RALLY" on the second weekend of January every year, next one will be in January 2008 [date to be announced], for information see previous page.
We publish every month the "THUNDERBIRD NEWS" newsletter, it is the largest newsletter of any antique car club in Florida, in full color with no less than 18 pages. Last five yrs have been awarded as one of the top Thunderbird newsletters in the U.S. Ask us for a free copy.
